Erratum: American Cancer Society prostate cancer survivorship care guidelines

In the article “American Cancer Society Prostate Cancer Survivorship Care Guidelines” by Skolarus TA et al (CA Cancer J Clin. 2014;64:225-249. [doi: 10.3322/caac.21234]), “dry eyes” was included in Table 1 as one of the “… Common Long-Term and Late Effects of Prostate Cancer and Its Treatment.” According to the leuprolide package insert,¹ dry eyes is an adverse effect reported in fewer than 5% of patients.
